In Bishkek, trucks were checked for air pollution levels
Ecology of AKIpress "In the capital, on June 10, the Ministry of Natural Resources and the UPSM conducted a raid to identify trucks that pollute the air.
This event is intended to strengthen control over the environmental condition of the city.
The event also involves a mobile laboratory for monitoring environmental safety of KRSU. It involves gas analyzers «POLAR-2», «SENSON-M», «INFRACAR-M», as well as a dust particle counter. This laboratory was engaged in measuring air quality.
According to the acting head of the Department of Road Transport of KRSU Mirlan Alseitov, the equipment will be able to determine the concentration of harmful substances in the treated gases in 5-6 minutes.
