The international forum of the Russian language has started in Bishkek
Representatives of the academic community of Kyrgyzstan will be introduced to the latest innovations in the field of methodology and digital tools for teaching the Russian language, and master classes will be held for students.
BISHKEK, November 15 – Sputnik. An international scientific forum of the Russian language has begun in Bishkek, reports the press service of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
Forum «Russian language and science of the 21st century: problems, achievements, prospects» organized by the Russian State Humanitarian University and KRSU with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation. It takes place in the main building of KRSU under the leadership of Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Efim Pivovar and Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic Vladimir Nifadiev.
Over two days, November 15-16, philologists and linguists will conduct a set of scientific and educational events aimed at developing interaction between the two universities.
Six doctors and five candidates of science from the Russian State University for the Humanities participate in the forum. Among the university's envoys are outstanding Soviet and Russian linguists – professors Maxim Krongauz and Grigory Kreidlin.
Based on the results of the event, KRSU and RSUH will sign an agreement on a scientific and educational project «Center for Eurasian Studies», which will lay the foundations for organizing joint research and educational practices in the field of Eurasian integration.
