On December 2, 2021, an international scientific and practical conference was held at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, dedicated to the heroism of 28 Panfilov men near Moscow in 1941.
The event was organized by the Department «International Relations and Law» of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic named after. K. Dikambaeva.
Vice-Rector for Information and Public Relations of KRSU, Candidate of Historical Sciences Leonid Sumarokov made a report at the conference.
