Restoration of the monument to General Panfilov has begun in Kyrgyzstan

In the village named after Panfilov, work has begun on restoring the monument to General Ivan Panfilov, the legendary commander of the 316th Infantry Division. The initiator of the project was the acting Rector of KRSU Sergey Volkov.
 

The memorial, which has been in unsatisfactory condition for a long time, will be restored with the support of patrons, including the steel plant of the Sverdlovsk region (RF), which has committed itself to the restoration of the monument itself. Vice Speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh Nurlanbek Azygaliev also supported the initiative and joined in organizing the work. More details
