A department of the Pushkin Institute will appear in Kyrgyzstan

Departments of the Pushkin Institute will be opened at four Slavic universities in the CIS countries – Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan –. This was reported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.

 

According to his information, by the end of 2021, on the basis of the mentioned universities, a project of this department will be implemented to develop a network of departments of the State Institute of Russian Language named after A.S. Pushkin – basic organization for teaching the Russian language in the CIS countries. In Kyrgyzstan, such a department is planned to be opened at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University in Bishkek.

 

Let us remind you that in Bishkek, on the basis of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University, the Days of Russian Language and Culture are being held on November 18-19. They were organized by the Russian State Humanitarian University (RGGU) and KRSU, with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic. The purpose of these events is to popularize Russian education and culture among citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, provide methodological support to Russian language teachers of KRSU and other universities of the Kyrgyz Republic, and familiarize them with modern technologies in learning the Russian language.
