I would learn Russian... A literary competition was held in Bishkek

Students from the capital's universities competed in their knowledge of classical Russian prose and poetry. The competition was held as part of the cross year of Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

 

The contestants answered questions about the life and work of literary classics. Young people also demonstrated knowledge about the most famous works. The highlight of the program was the song competition. Students guessed and sang folk songs and famous compositions of Soviet times in chorus.

 

Based on the results of three competitions, the team from Bishkek State University won. K. Karasaev. Second place was taken by students of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. B. Yeltsin. Third place went to the team of the Kyrgyz State University. AND. Arabaeva. All participants received memorable gifts and diplomas.

 

The event was organized by the «Eurasians – New Wave» Foundation in partnership with the Kyrgyz State University. AND. Arabaeva.
