Testaments of Prince Alexander Nevsky
As part of the Year of Alexander Nevsky, declared by decree of the President of the Russian Federation, whose 800th anniversary is celebrated in all regions of Russia and in neighboring countries, the Faculty of National Security, Institute of Law and National Security (IPNB) RANEPA, held the VIII International Scientific and Practical Conference «Strategic Management in the Sphere of National Security: embodiment of the ideas of appeasement and containment», dedicating it to the implementation of Alexander Nevsky’s behests on strengthening national statehood.
The topics of the conference were discussed in 13 reports presented by scientists from Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Vietnam.
Vice-Rector of the Russian-Kyrgyz Slavic University (Kyrgyz Republic, Bishkek), Ph.D. L.I. Sumarokov he spoke about the exploits of Soviet Kyrgyz fighters who fought against the fascist invaders. The topic of his report: «Every heart beat like Brest!» repeats the title of a historical study conducted by colleagues from RANEPA and embodied in a monograph.
