Internships

Internships – allow you to gain work experience or improve your qualifications in a specialty/area, as well as carry out some type of activity during a certain probationary period.

The internship is aimed at improving the competence necessary for professional activity and improving the professional level within the framework of existing qualifications.

Trainees can be students completing training in KRSU educational programs, graduates, as well as employees from among the teaching staff of KRSU aimed at advanced training.

The organization and implementation of an internship program can be carried out both in the form of a targeted short-term internship and under the project of an individual modular advanced training program.

An internship is possible at several internship sites of various enterprises/organizations, the profile of whose activities corresponds to the area in which training was carried out at KRSU or the activities of a university employee were carried out.

The main types of traineeships are

  1. Production – is carried out at enterprises/organizations, during which the trainee acquires or improves a qualification category, gets acquainted with innovative technology and technologies, modern principles of approaches to labor organization, etc;

  2. Pedagogical – is carried out in educational organizations, during which the trainee gains experience in organizing educational and educational work, gets acquainted with modern forms and methods of organizing the educational process, and studies innovative pedagogical technologies.

Internships are carried out in accordance with internship plans and programs and are agreed upon with the enterprises/organizations providing the opportunity to undergo internships.

The duration of traineeships is set individually according to the level of vocational training, objectives, work experience, trainee position.

The direction for internship for a student completing training in the educational programs of KRSU and teachers of professional cycle disciplines is formalized by order of the rector.
