On March 27, 2024, a guest lecture by Doctor of Law Vladislav Leonidovich Tolstykh will take place at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University (KRSU). The lecture is organized by the Department of International and Constitutional Law of the Faculty of Law.
The following questions will be addressed during the lecture:
• Features of regional law and order in Asia
• The main conflicts in the region and approaches to their international legal qualifications
• Dynamics of regional integration and institution building
• Contribution of Kyrgyzstan and other Central Asian States to the development of modern international law
Vladislav Leonidovich Tolstykh is a leading specialist at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, professor at the Department of International Law at MGIMO University of the Russian Foreign Ministry, laureate of the F.F. Prize. Martens.
