IV NATIONAL COMPETITION «YOUNG ANALYST OF KYRGYZSTAN 2025»

The International Analytical Club «Issyk-Kul Greater Eurasia» invites you to participate in IV National competition «Young Analyst Kyrgyzstan 2025».

Purpose of the Competition <TAG1> Promoting the development of analytical capacity EAEU countries and partners in Greater Eurasiathrough the identification and support of talented youth, to ensure competitiveness, sustainability and security of a single economic, digital and sociocultural space within the framework of Eurasian integration.

To participate in IV National competition «Young Analyst Kyrgyzstan 2025» citizens are invited Kyrgyzstan not older than 35 years:

• undergraduate, postgraduate, postgraduate and postgraduate students;
• scientific-pedagogical, scientific and practical workers;
• professional analysts, experts and think tank specialists.

The competition is held with the support of the Eurasian Information and Analytical Consortium (EIAC). The organizers of the competition are: International Analytical Club «Issyk-Kul – Greater Eurasia», State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after the first President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin.

The theme of the competition: «PROSPECTS AND CHALLENGES OF KYRGYZSTAN’S INTEGRATION INTO GREATER EURASIA: ECONOMIC, POLITICAL AND SOCIAL ASPECTS»

Specialized areas:

• Greater Eurasia in the new geopolitical reality: politics and diplomacy (diplomacy, political science, international journalism, international law);
• Prospects and risks of Eurasian integration in the financial, legal and socio-economic sphere (economics, management, finance, economic law, sociology, regional studies);
• Big Eurasia: socio-humanitarian aspects of regional integration (philosophy, cultural studies, history, sociology, demography, journalism, philology);
• Information technologies as a factor in expanding the integration of EAEU member states (databases, machine learning, artificial intelligence, blockchain, information security).

Nominations:

• Kyrgyzstan's 2025 Young Analyst in Diplomacy and Politics;
• Young analyst of Kyrgyzstan 2025 in the financial, legal and socio-economic fields;
• Young analyst of Kyrgyzstan 2025 in the socio-humanitarian field;
• Young analyst of Kyrgyzstan 2025 in the field of information technology.

Stages of implementation IV National competition «Young Analyst Kyrgyzstan 2025»:

Stage 1 (until August 15, 2025). Selection of the best competitive works of Kyrgyzstan and their recommendation for participation in IV International Youth Analytical Congress «Youth in Greater Eurasia: potential, risks, security, cooperation» (9-12 September 2025);

Stage 2 (September 9-12, 2025). Participation in work IV International Youth Analytical Congress «Youth in Greater Eurasia: potential, risks, security, cooperation»» (9-12 September 2025);

At the end of the Congress, the best competition works will be awarded diplomas «Young Analyst Kyrgyzstan 2025».

Prize program for competition participants:

• inclusion in the expert network of the International Analytical Club «Issyk-Kul – Greater Eurasia» with subsequent involvement in the development of analytical technologies;
• prizes for the competition winners;
• invitation to participate in the work III International Youth Analytical Congress «Youth in Greater Eurasia: potential, risks, security, cooperation»» (9-12 September 2024);
• participants in the competition will receive diplomas «Young Analyst Kyrgyzstan 2025»;
• recommendations of winners for participation in an international competition «Young Analyst Eurasia 2025».

Requirements for competition entries:

• identify and express the essence of the problem, formulate the subject of the planned research;
• create a list of information sources necessary to analyze the factors of the problem;
• adequately interpret, in the context of the relevant specialised area, the social, economic, technical and technological, socio-cultural and managerial aspects of the problem; the
• formulate the problem(s) and propose a reasoned solution;
• identify the subjects and architecture of the analytical work to solve the problem;
• conduct up-to-date analytical work with a high level of professionalism and responsibility for its results;
• make constructive proposals for decision-making structures in this area, taking into account the balance of goals and objectives of various interest groups;
• participate in the implementation of proposals with a view to promoting the achievement of the highest result for the public good.

Design requirements:

The text of the material must be prepared in a Microsoft Word word processor. The text must be carefully edited. The author is responsible for the content of the material presented in the competition entry.

Fields – 20 mm full outline, Times New Roman font, 14 pin, 1.5 spacing, paragraph indentation – 10 mm.

Scope of the competition work – no more than 25 pages of text on A4 paper (210x297 mm), including full name, organization/position, title of the competition work, abstract, keywords.

Originality of work – at least 70%.
