Attention to the youth of Kyrgyzstan!
Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after the first President of the Russian Federation B.N. Yeltsin invites youth groups to take part in a competition of socially significant projects in the field of the Russian language.
Applications for the competition are accepted until December 22, 2021 inclusive.
The competition was organized by the State Institute of Russian Language named after. A.S. Pushkin with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation in partnership with national-Russian Slavic universities and is carried out within the framework of the activities of the departments «Pushkin Institute» and preparation for the Year of the Russian Language in the CIS – 2023.
Deputy Director of the Project Management Department of the Pushkin Institute Svetlana Ulyanova said that the competition has two important features. «The first – is that only already implemented socially significant projects can participate in it; they must begin after January 1, 2020 and be completed before December 1, 2021. Second – projects must be collective. Applications are accepted from teams of two to ten people, the age of the participants –from 18 to 35 years inclusive», – explained Svetlana Ulyanova.

«The project must have an active page with publications on at least one of the social networks – VKontakte, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, possibly using Telegram, Yandex.Zen, and so on. This concept allows you to expand the topics of projects and show the high social significance of the Russian language in practice. We strive to attract participation not only from young philologists, but also from students studying in a wide range of fields and graduates of universities of various specialties. When evaluating projects, the compliance of the goals and objectives of the project with its actual results, the presence of positive changes as a result of the project», – said Svetlana Ulyanova.
Youth groups from Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan can participate in the competition.
To participate, you must fill out a questionnaire and upload a project presentation describing the goals, objectives and results, target groups, links to social networks and justification for the social significance of the project. The main language of the project is Russian.
The results of the competition will be announced no later than December 30, 2021.
Each member of the winning team will receive souvenirs from the Pushkin Institute and Yandex Column (Alice).
