From October 30 to November 1, 2023, the International Discussion Platform «Great Patriotic War: Victory will be held in Bishkek. Memory. Search». Organizers of the event – NGO «Naryn Patriot» with the support of the Russian Society «Knowledge».

October 31 at KNU named after. Zh. Balasagyn, Advisor to the Rector of KRSU Leonid Sumarokov will make a message «An unknown feat of Kyrgyzstan against the falsification of the history of the Great Patriotic War».

On November 1, the discussion will unfold at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University – acting Rector Denis Fomin-Nilov will make a report «The extermination policy of Nazi Germany in the occupied territories of the USSR. In the context of preserving historical memory»; KRSU Associate Professor Pavel Dyatlenko will talk about legislative and research problems of preserving historical memory of the Great Patriotic War in Kyrgyzstan.
