International scientific and practical conference «Heritage of economists of the Kyrgyz SSR as the basis of modern socio-economic development», dedicated to the 95th anniversary of Aidarkan Moldokulov

Ryskulbekov»

(NIIek) invite you to take part in the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Heritage of Scientists and Economists of the Kyrgyz SSR as the basis of modern socio-economic development», dedicated 95th anniversary of Aidarkan Moldokulov, which will take place on April 24, 2025 National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic at the address: Bishkek, ave. Chui, 265a.

The conference is devoted to the analysis of the contribution of economists from the Kyrgyz SSR in the development of economic science and practice, as well as consideration of prospects application of their scientific ideas in modern conditions.

The main areas of the conference are as follows:

 Contribution of economists of the Kyrgyz SSR to the development of the domestic and world economic science.

 Problems and prospects for socio-economic development of post-Soviet republics.

 Issues of macroeconomic regulation and financial stability.

 Institutional change and economic policy.

 Development of the investment environment and international cooperation.

 Green economy and sustainable development.

 Development of foreign economic relations of the Kyrgyz Republic in conditions of globalization;

 Sustainable socio-economic development of the regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.

 Strategic directions for the development of industry in the Kyrgyz Republic.

 Development of the transport industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.

 Current trends, problems and ways to solve them in agriculture.

Conference format:

The conference will be held in face-to-face and remote formats. Planned plenary session and work of breakout sessions.

Conditions of participation:

Article design requirements:

1. Authors must provide an index according to the Universal Decimal Classification (UDC). The article is accompanied by the names of the authors in three languages (Russian, Kyrgyz, (english), as well as electronic versions of the text of articles and figures.

2. At the beginning of the article, you need to indicate the full name of the institution in which it was carried out research, surnames, first names, patronymics, scientific titles and regalia of all authors. IN THE at the end of the article, duplicate the specified data by adding a postal code and numbers telephones (service, home, mobile), fax and email, place

works, address (country, city), each author in three languages (Kyrgyz, russian and english). You must also indicate the person with whom the editorial office will be conduct negotiations and correspondence.

3. Authors are required to write down the titles of the topic of articles, annotations, etc keywords in Russian, Kyrgyz and English.

4. Text of article 6-8 pp, font size – 14th at 2 intervals. Drawings should be executed clearly, in a format that ensures clarity in the transmission of all details.

Each drawing must be accompanied by a signature, regardless of whether it is available text its description. Mathematical and chemical formulas and symbols in the text must be typed and entered large and clearly. Bulky should be avoided notations. Numbered formulas must be included in the red line the formula number is placed at the right edge. It is advisable to number only those formulas which are linked.

5. References in the text to the literature cited are given in square brackets, such as 

[1]. A list of references is given at the end of the article.

For books: last name and initials author, full title of the book, place of publication, publisher, year of publication, volume or issue and total number of pages. For periodicals: surname and initials author, title of the magazine, year of publication, volume, issue, first and last pages articles. Links to books translated into Russian must be accompanied by links to original publications indicating the output data.

Selected articles will be published in the journal «Izvestia NAS KR».
