International scientific and practical conference «RUSSIA-KYRGYZSTAN: HISTORY AND MODERNITY»

Dear colleagues!

This year celebrated 100th anniversary of education Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region as part of the RSFSR <TAG1> the source kyrgyz statehood. As part of this significant event, we invite you to take part in the work International scientific and practical conferencesand, dedicatedoi Science Day and 100th anniversary education Kara-Kyrgyzsk Autonomous Region on the subject: «RUSSIA-KYRGYZSTAN: HISTORY AND MODERNITY».

As a result of national-territorial demarcation in Central Asia, on October 14, 1924, by decree of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee of the RSFSR, the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region was created. As noted in Ukaze Presidenta Kyrgyz Republic «On the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the formation of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region» dated October 24, 2023 № 270, this contributed to the formation of a sustainable territorial, economic and cultural community of the people, accelerated the processes of socio-economic transformation and consolidation of the people into a nation. The historical event of 1924 is the most important anniversary in the history of the Kyrgyz people, confirming the revival of Kyrgyz statehood. 

Discussion of current issues related to the history of statehood and the law of Russia and Kyrgyzstan, as well as the development of scientific communication and exchange of opinions of leading scientists and experts from different countries in this field are the main goals of the stated conference.

The conference is expected to be a collective presentation monographs: Legal system of the Kyrgyz Republic: history and modernity. He will make a presentation of the monograph doctor of Law, Professor, zdeputy Director of the Law Institute for Scientific and International Activities of Altai State University Sorokin Vitaly Viktorovich. Among the invited guests are also Doctor of Law, Professor, Leading Researcher at the Center for Arab and Islamic Studies at the Institute of Oriental Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor of the Department of International Law at MGIMO (University) of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Head of the Scientific and Educational Center for International Law at Moscow State Law University. O.E. Kutafina Tolstykh Vladislav Leonidovich.

The conference will take place on November 6, 2024 at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University at Kyiv 44. The student conference will take place on November 6, 2024 at the Faculty of Law of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University at Chui 42. The conference is organized by the Department of Theory and History of State and Law and the Department of International and Constitutional Law of the Faculty of Law of the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University.
