International festival-competition of children's and youth literary creativity «The world speaks through the mouths of children»

From October 21 to 23, 2025, Tomsk will host the International Festival-Competition of Children's and Youth Literary Creativity «The World Speaks through the Mouths of Children», dedicated to the Year of Defender of the Fatherland and the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War.

The festival brings together young authors and young poets, prose writers and publicists from different countries — Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Mongolia, China and other countries. This is a unique opportunity to express your talent, share your stories and hear professional reviews from famous writers and teachers.

The program includes — creative laboratories and master classes with famous authors, cultural meetings, as well as a solemn award ceremony for the winners. The finalists' works will be published in a special literary collection and posted on the website of the Tomsk Regional Children and Youth Library.

Who can participate: children and youth from 7 to 24 years old.

Application deadline: until October 16, 2025.
