From November 15 to 16, the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University will host an International Forum for the professional community of teachers teaching Russian abroad «Russian language and science of the 21st century: problems, achievements, prospects».
About the project
An international forum for the professional community of teachers teaching Russian abroad «Russian language and science of the 21st century: problems, achievements, prospects» is being implemented in 2022 by the Russian State Humanitarian University (RGGU), within the framework of the state program of the Russian Federation «Development of Education». The main idea and novelty of the Forum is to introduce foreign teachers and representatives of the academic community and the general public of foreign countries who speak Russian not only to the latest innovations in the field of methodology and digital tools for teaching the Russian language, but also to the current state of domestic humanities in general, the most interesting achievements of Russian scientists, linguists, philologists, cognitivists, including in the field of theory and research methodology. Another important task of the Forum will be to discuss and jointly search for solutions to the problems that Russian studies and humanitarian knowledge in general face today.
First of all, the Project is aimed at helping teachers and researchers from those countries in which the Russian language is already an important factor in cultural development and occupies a significant place in the system of education and science: teachers and higher education teachers, employees of scientific and cultural institutions from Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
