International Youth Forum «Russian Energy Week – 2025»: new opportunities for students and young scientists of KRSU

The Foundation for Educational Projects «Reliable Shift» invites representatives of the KRSU youth community to take part in the Youth Day of the International Forum «Russian Energy Week – 2025», which will be held on October 17, 2025 in Moscow.

 

The Youth Day program covers key areas of energy development: oil and gas and coal industries, electricity, digital technologies, scientific and technological progress in the industry, the climate agenda and energy security issues.

 

Competition of innovative projects and developments

The forum will include a Competition of innovative projects and scientific and technical developments under the auspices of the International Engineering Championship CASE-IN®. Participants – students, undergraduates, graduate students, teachers and young professionals under 35 years of age – will be able to present scientific and innovative projects in the field of the fuel and energy complex.

The competition format includes four stages:

07 July – 19 September – submission of applications and uploading of projects,

22–26 September – peer review,

october 01 – announcement of the winners of the correspondence stage,

October 17 – final full-time stage at the Youth Day Forum.

The winners and runners-up will be awarded memorable prizes at a ceremony with the participation of representatives of the country's leadership.

Interactive sessions

In addition, Interactive sessions on the creation of youth projects (also under the auspices of CASE-IN®) will take place. Participants will work in teams (6–8 people) on projects in two formats:

Stream 1 – working with an existing project,

Stream 2 – development of a new project.

 

The topics cover a wide range: from hydrogen technologies and digitalization to ecology, energy saving and development of youth communities. The best teams will receive memorable prizes and gifts in the presence of representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Energy of Russia.

 

Conditions of participation for KRSUK students, students, young scientists and graduate students of KRSU are invited to participate.
