Scientific meeting at KRSU: international authorities will discuss the future of cardiology and cardio-oncology

April 16, 2025 at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after. B.N. Yeltsin, at the invitation of the university, a key scientific event will take place within the framework of «Days of Russian Medicine in the Kyrgyz Republic». It will bring together leading Russian and Kyrgyz specialists, scientists and young doctors to discuss modern approaches to the treatment of heart disease, as well as the role of artificial intelligence in cardiac practice.

The central topics of discussion will be cardiology in the digital age and the development of cardio-oncology care.

Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences Yuri Nikitich Belenkov —one of the most influential cardiologists in Russia, president of the Society of Heart Failure Specialists, editor-in-chief of the journal «Cardiology» and personal physician of the first President of Russia Boris Yeltsin, whose name the KRSU bears, will make a report on the future of medicine.

Also in the program — speech by Associate Professor of the First Moscow State Medical University named after. Sechenov Natalya Vladimirovna Khabarova, expert in the field of cardio-oncology, member of the International Society of Cardio-Oncologists (IC-OS) and international coordinator of a large SYNTHESIS study.

The event will become a platform for knowledge exchange, strengthening scientific cooperation and discussing prospects in the field of cardiovascular medicine.
