HSE announces a competition for the best scientific works in the digital field

HSE invites young researchers to take part in a competition dedicated to studying the processes of digitalization, digital transformation of the public sector, sectoral public administration and citizen participation in government decision-making.

The objectives of the competition are

• Talent search among young scientists.

• Promoting research aimed at developing digital public administration.

Who can participate:
The following are invited to participate

• Students.

• Graduates of 2025.

• Postgraduate students.

• Young scientists under 35 years old from Russian and foreign universities.

What awaits the participants:

• The authors of the best works will be invited to a face-to-face defense before an expert jury.

• The final of the competition will provide a unique opportunity to present your projects, receive feedback from specialists and compete for prizes.

Prize fund:

• 1st place: 100,000 rubles.

• 2nd place: 50,000 rubles.

• 3rd place: 25,000 rubles.

• All finalists will be awarded diplomas.

Features of the competition:
The winners' works can be recommended for publication in the journal «Issues of State and Municipal Administration» (category K1, part of Scopus). Individual works or projects in collaboration (up to 4 people) are accepted.

Application deadline:
Applications and articles are open until 15 August 2025.
