On the establishment of premature holidays in educational organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic
In order to implement the decision of the Security Council of the Kyrgyz Republic to prevent the import and prevent the spread of coronavirus on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic dated March 14, 2020
I order:
1. Establish premature holidays from March 16 to April 8, 2020 for general education organizations, out-of-school educational organizations, organizations of primary, secondary and higher vocational education, regardless of form of ownership and departmental affiliation.
2. To the heads of education departments of the city of Bishkek and the city of Osh, heads of district (city) education departments, heads of educational organizations of primary, secondary and higher vocational education:
- bring this order to the attention of students, students and their parents;
- sanitize the teaching areas and dormitories;
organize educational and methodological work for teaching staff during the holidays.
3. Preserve the wages of employees of the above-mentioned educational organizations for the specified premature holiday period.
4. During the holidays, rectors of higher educational institutions for full-time and evening students should provide for the organization of the educational process using distance learning technologies.
5. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
