Take part in «Geographical Dictation»!

On November 19, 2023, the International Educational Action «Geographical Dictation» will be held for the ninth time. You can apply for website project.

According to tradition, the dictation will be compiled in four versions, divided into two parts. First part of 10 questions – <TAG1>geographical educational program«based on well-known facts from geography. The second part of 30 questions will require the use of imaginative thinking, logic and erudition.

The international educational event «Geographical Dictation» has been held by the Russian Geographical Society on the initiative of the President of the Russian Federation V. Putin annually since 2015. The main goal of the Dictation is to popularize knowledge about the geography and peoples of Russia throughout the world.

In 2017, the Geographical Dictation became international. Over the entire history of the event, more than 3 million people from 126 countries took part in it.
