The IV Eurasian Analytical Forum – the key platform for intellectual dialogue of Greater Eurasia will be held in Bishkek
From September 9 to 13, 2025 at the Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University. B.N. Yeltsin, as well as at the sites of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Center «Ak Bermet» (Issyk-Kul region) will take place IV Eurasian Analytical Forum (EAF–2025) <TAG1> one of the most significant international events in the field of scientific and analytical interaction in the Eurasian space.
The theme of this year's forum <TAG1> «The formation of the Greater Eurasian Partnership as the basis of the development and security system in Greater Eurasia».
Motto: «Analytics for development and security purposes in Greater Eurasia».
The forum is held with the support of the Administration of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Security Council of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
The event will be attended by leading analysts, scientists, representatives of academic institutes, think tanks and higher educational institutions, as well as youth delegations from the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union and the CIS.
The main goal of the forum is to create a platform for developing strategic proposals to ensure the security and sustainable development of the region in the context of global transformation.
The forum's topics cover:

strategic planning in conditions of instability

analysis of inhibitory factors of development and measures to overcome them
-
issues of cultural, infrastructural and scientific cooperation
-
development of Eurasian analytics as an institution
Particular attention will be paid to the transition from the format of exchange of views to collective analytics — with the development of specific projects, forecasts and analytical recommendations for the relevant government agencies of the participating countries.
As part of the forum, the III International Youth Analytical Congress on the topic will be held at the KRSU site «Youth in Greater Eurasia: potential, risks, security, cooperation», as well as summing up the results of the VI International Competition «Young Analyst of Eurasia» and the IV National Competition «Young Analyst of Kyrgyzstan».
Participants are invited to participate in plenary sessions, thematic analysis sessions, think tank summit, workshops and international youth game.
Applications for participation are accepted until 5 September 2025.
Deadline for submission of articles for publication — before 10 September 2025.

The EAF–2025 Forum will not only be a space for expert discussions, but also a laboratory for future solutions that brings together analytics, education, international cooperation and youth initiatives.
