Donor Day will be held at KRSU: we invite you to take part!

On April 17 and 18, the traditional event «Donor Day» will take place in the main building of KRSU (44 Kyiv St.) from 9:00 to 14:00. Students, teachers and university staff can take part in the noble initiative and donate blood for those who need it.

Any healthy person over 18 years of age can become a donor.

You must have:

– passport;

– feeling good and wanting to help.

Before donation, it is recommended to: – not drink alcohol or take aspirin/analgesics 48 hours before the procedure;

– exclude fatty, spicy, smoked foods, dairy products, eggs, butter, bananas, sauces and coffee from your diet within 24 hours;

– refrain from smoking cigarettes and vapes at least 24 hours in advance.

Donating blood — is an important and responsible step that can save someone's life. We invite all concerned to join the action and contribute to the common cause.
