The International Competition «CIS League of Teachers» starts in Kyrgyzstan

Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University named after B.N. Yeltsin, together with the Patrice Lumumba Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, announce the start of accepting applications for the International Competition of Professional Excellence «CIS League of Teachers».

The competition is aimed at young Russian and subject teachers and is designed to identify and support talented specialists, exchange best methodological practices and increase the prestige of the teaching profession.

Conditions of participation

Teachers and teachers of the Russian language, literature, as well as teachers of subjects in Russian aged 21 to 44 years with at least one year of teaching experience are invited to participate.

The competition is held in two categories:

 • «Russian teacher»

 • «Subject teacher»

Stages of the competition

 • First stage — registration of participants and downloading of competition materials (until September 20 and October 15, 2025, respectively).

 • Second stage — expert assessment of the jury and formation of a list of finalists (until October 30).

 • Third stage — final in Moscow at the RUDN University site (until November 25). The results will be summed up and the winners will be announced by November 30, 2025.

Requirements for work

Participants must provide a business card video and a video recording of a fragment of a lesson or lesson. The jury will evaluate professional competence, innovative approach, communication skills and the ability to use modern educational technologies.

Prizes and awards

All participants will receive certificates, finalists — diplomas and a free internship in Moscow with travel and accommodation provided. The winners will receive diplomas and valuable gifts.
