International scientific and practical conference dedicated to the memory of R.M. Muksinova «Integration of cultures in the development of architecture and design in Russia and Central Asia»
On June 11, 2025, the Faculty of Architecture, Design and Construction of KRSU hosted the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Integration of Cultures in the Development of Architecture and Design of Russia and Central Asia», dedicated to the memory of the first dean of FADIS, Doctor of Architecture R.M. Muksinova.
The conference was dedicated to the further development of the scientific school of R.M. Muksinova. They took part in the ceremony
- scientific architects of Russia (Tatarstan, Donetsk People's Republic);
- Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan;
- Dissertation Council on Architecture and Urban Planning KSTU-KRSU;
- representatives of KRSU-rectorate, dean's office and teaching staff of the departments of architecture, fine arts and public health, DAS, KhPK, Construction, emergency services and KIOVR, as well as representatives of KSTU.
The conference was held in a hybrid format. The main goal of the conference was the development of the scientific school of R.M. Muksinov with the involvement of students and young teachers in research, developing cooperation with architects from the CIS countries, as well as stimulating innovation in the field of architectural education.
Among the main objectives are the following:
- further development of architectural science and scientific school named after R.M. Muksinov;
- improving architectural education at KRSU;
- involving students and young teachers in research;
- determination of prospects for the development of architectural education in KRSU.
The following issues were also discussed at the conference:
- architectural magazine «Architecture and construction of Russia».
- trends in architectural science and scientific schools in the CIS countries;
- architectural education in universities in the CIS countries,
- the significance of the event for the development of science in the Kyrgyz Republic
