BIM MODELING OF BUILDINGS AND INFRASTRUCTURE FACILITIES

Key laboratories carrying out the project are

– Educational and scientific laboratory «Construction»

Project description:

The project is aimed at developing digital information models of buildings, structures and infrastructure using BIM (Building Information Modeling) technologies.

Unlike traditional design, the BIM model is a full-fledged digital twin of the object, combining architectural, structural, engineering and operational data in a single information space.

The use of BIM technologies makes it possible to identify design conflicts even before the start of construction, optimize engineering solutions, improve the quality of construction project management and provide digital support for the facility throughout the entire life cycle.

The project is focused on both new construction and digitalization of existing facilities, including industrial enterprises, administrative buildings, energy and urban infrastructure.

Key technology solutions:

  • BIM design;

  • Create digital object twins;

  • Coordination of engineering systems;

  • Identifying design conflicts;

  • Digital construction support;

  • Modelling the life cycle of objects;

  • Integration with operational systems.

Practical effect and results:

The use of BIM models allows you to reduce the number of design errors, reduce the time required for construction projects and improve the quality of real estate management. In the future, BIM becomes the basis for the introduction of digital twin technologies and intelligent operation of objects.
