Project description:

The project is aimed at increasing the efficiency of steam boilers of thermal power plants by introducing an intelligent system for automatic control of technological parameters.

Thermal power equipment is one of the largest consumers of natural gas and electricity. Even a slight increase in the efficiency of boiler equipment can provide significant fuel savings and reduced operating costs.

The proposed system provides continuous monitoring of the condition of boilers and automatic optimization of their operating modes depending on the current load and process characteristics. Control algorithms make it possible to maintain optimal fuel combustion parameters, regulate the water level in the drums, control the steam temperature and prevent the development of emergency situations.

The system operates in real time and provides digital support for the operation of boiler equipment throughout the entire life cycle.

Key technology solutions:

  • Automatic control of boiler parameters;

  • Intelligent optimization of combustion processes;

  • Monitoring the thermal efficiency of the equipment;

  • Digital control panels;

  • Forecasting emergency conditions;

  • Maintaining a digital event log;

  • Integration with dispatch control systems.

Practical effect and results

The introduction of the system makes it possible to reduce natural gas consumption, reduce specific energy costs and increase the reliability of power equipment. An additional benefit is reduced pollutant emissions and improved environmental efficiency of energy production.
