MONITORING SYSTEMS FOR MAN-MADE FACTORS «MARS MONITORING»

Key laboratories carrying out the project are

– Educational and scientific laboratory «Environmental monitoring»

Description of the project

The project is aimed at creating an intelligent information and analytical platform for continuous monitoring of potentially hazardous production facilities, forecasting emergency situations and supporting decision-making in the field of industrial safety.

Modern industrial enterprises operate in conditions of increased technological risks associated with the operation of hazardous industries, storage of chemicals, use of explosive materials and complex technological processes. Traditional control systems often record events that have already occurred, while «Mars Monitoring» is focused on proactively identifying threats and preventing incidents before they occur.

The platform combines data from process control sensors, gas analyzers, meteorological complexes, video surveillance systems and production information systems. Based on incoming information, forecasts for the development of emergency situations are formed, potential consequences are assessed and response scenarios are automatically developed.

A separate area is the automated system for monitoring emergency emissions, designed to monitor toxic gases and predict the spread of pollutants on the territory of the enterprise and beyond.

Key technology solutions:

  • Continuous monitoring of hazardous production facilities;

  • Automatic detection of emergency situations;

  • Control of toxic gases and chemical emissions;

  • Prediction of the spread of pollutants;

  • Simulation of accident scenarios;

  • Integration with warning and industrial safety systems;

  • Digital situational risk management centers;

Practical effect and results

The introduction of the platform can significantly increase the level of industrial safety, reduce the likelihood of accidents and minimize the consequences of emergency situations. The company receives a tool for continuous monitoring of production risks, increasing the reliability of technological processes and ensuring compliance with industrial safety requirements.
