FULL-CYCLE REVERSE ENGINEERING
Key laboratories carrying out the project are
– Educational and scientific laboratory «Additive technologies»
Project description:
The project is a set of services for the restoration, modernization and reproduction of parts, assemblies and equipment for industrial purposes based on reverse engineering technologies.
For many enterprises, one of the serious problems is the lack of design documentation for equipment, long delivery times for spare parts and the high cost of imported components. This problem is especially relevant for enterprises in the mining industry, metallurgy, energy and mechanical engineering.
The project provides for a full cycle of work: from three-dimensional scanning of the product and restoration of the digital model to the manufacture of the part, testing and preparation of a complete set of design documentation.
The project uses modern methods of 3D scanning, computer modeling, materials science and production engineering, which allows not only to reproduce existing products, but also to modernize their design taking into account modern requirements.
In fact, the project allows you to create your own production solutions based on existing equipment samples, reducing dependence on external suppliers and ensuring the technological independence of enterprises.
Key technology solutions:
Laser and optical 3 D scanning;
Building digital models of equipment;
Restoring design documents;
Analysis of materials and manufacturing techniques;
Development of advanced designs;
Manufacturing parts and assemblies;
Testing and technical verification of products.
Practical impact and results:
The project can significantly reduce the time required to restore equipment, reduce the cost of purchasing spare parts and ensure import substitution of critical components for manufacturing enterprises. An additional advantage is the ability to modernize existing structures and increase their operational reliability.
