Project description:
The project is focused on the introduction of robotic technological complexes in the metallurgical, mining, engineering and transport industries. The main task is to replace the most dangerous, difficult and routine operations with automated systems that operate without direct human intervention.
Many manufacturing processes involve exposure to high temperatures, heavy loads, moving machinery, and aggressive manufacturing environments. It is in such areas that the main risks of industrial injuries and significant losses of efficiency are concentrated.
The robotic systems being developed provide operations for uncoupling railway cars, applying markings to metal products, servicing metallurgical units, working with stamping equipment, measuring the temperature of melts and other technological operations.
The project provides for the creation of both separate robotic complexes and complex automated production sites integrated into the digital infrastructure of the enterprise.Key technology solutions:
Industrial robotic systems;
Machine vision systems;
Automatic object recognition;
Robotic manipulators;
Remote control systems;
Automation of metallurgical processes;
Digital integration with production systems;
Intelligent security systems.
Practical impact and results:
The project eliminates the presence of personnel in hazardous production areas;
Increasing industrial safety;
Reducing the influence of the human factor on the quality of operations performed at work;
The introduction of robotic systems ensures an increase in labor productivity and increased stability of technological processes while reducing operating costs.
