Preparation of certification documents

2.1. The presentation of applicants for the academic titles of professor, associate professor, senior researcher is carried out by the relevant academic councils of universities on the recommendations of departments, faculties, institutes, and other structural divisions of universities, which provide a comprehensive and objective analysis of the professional level and qualities of the applicant. 

2.2. Certification of applicants for the academic titles of professor and associate professor who are engaged in teaching activities is carried out at departments, faculties and other structural divisions of the university.
