e.v.shekunov@krsu.kgThe Kyrgyz-Russian Slavic University is a scientific, educational and cultural center in the Kyrgyz Republic, as confirmed by ISO Certificate 9001-2008 in relation to educational services, research and development.
The scientific potential of the university consists of 876 full-time scientific–pedagogical workers, of which: 137 doctors and 420 candidates of science, 3 academicians and 2 members–correspondents of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic; 11 «Honored Education Workers of the Kyrgyz Republic», 7 Laureates of the State Prize of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school is carried out in 15 areas and 48 profiles; in doctoral studies - in 3 branches of science, 4 specialties. Today the university has 7 doctoral students, 176 graduate students, 8 applicants. There are 15 dissertation councils for the defense of doctoral and candidate dissertations (1 – Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation, 14 – Higher Attestation Commission of the Kyrgyz Republic).
