Main directions of scientific research: For the first time in the republic, teacher Alimov Ch.B. and laboratory assistant Raimbekov are developing the topic: «Reproductive cryobiology». They carried out experimental work on the cryoprotection of testicular tissue in rabbits with various cryoprotectors. For the first time, cryoprotection of human sperm was carried out.

- Comparative characteristics of the results of surgical treatment of patients with hydronephrosis in various age groups,
- The function of a single kidney in recurrent nephrolithiasis,
- Early and late complications of BPH surgical treatment,
- Improvement of buccal urethroplasty in patients with hypospadias,
- Prevention of dysuric disorders in men after haemorrhoectomy
- Statistical longitudinal flatfoot,
- Endoscopic examination and treatment of joints.
 
 
Professor Chernetsova G.S. is a member of the dissertation council of the Higher Attestation Commission of the Russian Federation D 730.001.03. and a member of the dissertation council at the NCC (HAC KR).
Over the past 3 years, the department has completed and defended 4 candidate dissertations in urology.

The department has opened postgraduate studies in specialties 01/14/23 – Urology. Currently in the department: urology - 6 graduate students, 1 applicant (Canadian).
Twice a year, in December and April, the department holds round tables where graduate students, students, clinical residents and graduate students give presentations, with the first 3 prizes awarded.

 

The following types of operations are performed:

 

TVT - O for tension urinary incontinence in women

Nephropexy with propylene tape during kidney prolapse

Removal of stones from the kidneys, ureter, bladder

Elimination of developmental anomalies (ureteral, urethral, hypospadias, etc.)

Adenomactomy

Removal of kidney cysts 

For pathologies of the organs of the scrotum and inguinal canal (cryptorchidism, hernias, dropsy of the testicular membranes, vyricocoels, etc.)

  • «Use of ultrasound diagnostics with histometry for the diagnosis of prostate diseases (prostatitis, prostate hyperplasia, prostate cancer)».

 

NIRS

The department successfully operates a student circle, where 4-5 year LD and PD students study. Kruzhkovites participate in scientific conferences and events of the Society of Urologists of the Kyrgyz Republic, and urologists are on duty at the urgent meeting.
At the annual conference of students of the Faculty of Medicine of KRSU, circle members make from 1 to 5 scientific reports, publish abstracts and take prizes.
