Material and technical base - Department of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science

The department maintains scientific ties with Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov, Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, Tomsk State University, Physics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of General Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Applied Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Thermophysics SB RAS, Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics SB RAS, Free University of Germany, Ariel University Center Samaria (g. Ariel, Israel), Institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and many others.

Within the framework of agreements on scientific and technical cooperation, to carry out the experimental part of master's theses, modern instruments and equipment of the Ariel University Center (Israel), the ILIM research laboratory of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (Bishkek), and the UNESCO Department of the Kyrgyz National University (Bishkek) are used.

KRSU has entered into cooperation agreements with a number of enterprises, scientific and nbsp; scientific and educational organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation, which employ some students who have proven themselves well during their industrial and research internship. Also, every year, as part of a partnership agreement, students continue their studies on a budgetary basis in master's programs at Tomsk State University and the National Research Nuclear University «MEPhI».

In accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard & nbsp;and work curricula & nbsp; in the areas assigned to the Department of Physics and Microelectronics,   educational, industrial, pre-diploma, research and pedagogical practice are carried out.

Development strategy of the Department «Road Transport» at  period 2021-2026

In Kyrgyz – Russian Slavic University, a department «Organization and Traffic Safety» was opened in 2002, and in 2014 it was renamed the department «Road Transport». The department trains bachelors in two areas: 03.23.01-RF, 670300-KR «Technology of transport processes» profile: «Organization of transport and logistics processes and systems» and 03.23.03-RF, 670200-KR «Operation of transport and technological machines and complexes» profile: «Automotive service».

Educational direction 

The Department «Road Transport» is a dynamically developing division of the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Technology. The department includes modern specialized laboratories equipped with the latest laboratory, scientific and diagnostic equipment, in which classes are conducted using new computer technologies, and all kinds of educational and methodological visual material

Students undergo summer internships at enterprises and organizations in various branches of road transport, including the Department of Road Patrol Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Traffic Safety Department of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate for Bishkek, State & nbsp; traffic safety inspectorates under the Ministry of Internal Affairs; in the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic; at the Forensic Expertise Center under the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, the security service of motor transport and road enterprises; research and design institutes; institutions involved in automotive technical examination, licensing and certification of cars; motor transport  enterprises, logistics and insurance transport companies.

The department actively attracts students to participate in research into the environmental safety of the city of Bishkek, logistics developments in organizing international road transport taking into account modern requirements, improving transport and passenger flows in the city of Bishkek and regions, improving the environmental safety of road transport and reducing harmful emissions into the atmosphere.

For the period 2021-2026, the department «Road Transport» plans:

  1. Open a master's program in two areas: «Technology of transport processes» and «Operation of transport and technological machines and complexes».
  2. Completely transfer student education to new 3++ educational standards, taking into account the conduct of professional training and professional standards.
  3. Continue to improve the material base of the department «Road transport» by purchasing modern scientific, research and laboratory equipment, primarily through the KRSU development program.
  4. Continuously improve the conduct of scientific work and laboratory classes with students through the use of modern scientific, research and laboratory equipment, improving the quality of training in the training of specialists.
  5. Intensify the training of scientific and pedagogical personnel (internship abroad, postgraduate studies, doctoral studies).
