The department maintains scientific ties with Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov, Moscow Engineering Physics Institute, Tomsk State University, Physics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of General Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Applied Physics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Institute of Thermophysics SB RAS, Institute of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics SB RAS, Free University of Germany, Ariel University Center Samaria (g. Ariel, Israel), Institutes of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic and many others.

Within the framework of agreements on scientific and technical cooperation, to carry out the experimental part of master's theses, modern instruments and equipment of the Ariel University Center (Israel), the ILIM research laboratory of the National Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz Republic (Bishkek), and the UNESCO Department of the Kyrgyz National University (Bishkek) are used.

KRSU has entered into cooperation agreements with a number of enterprises, scientific and nbsp; scientific and educational organizations of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation, which employ some students who have proven themselves well during their industrial and research internship. Also, every year, as part of a partnership agreement, students continue their studies on a budgetary basis in master's programs at Tomsk State University and the National Research Nuclear University «MEPhI».

In accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard & nbsp;and work curricula & nbsp; in the areas assigned to the Department of Physics and Microelectronics,   educational, industrial, pre-diploma, research and pedagogical practice are carried out.
